OK this is for my real estate agents and those of you who can think out the box. This will be a two part post. As I travel around and speak to 100’s of real estate offices I notice that very few think outside the box. I met a real estate agent in eastern Tennessee who was telling me about how he markets differently. He told me about www.craigslist.com and for those of you who don’t know what craigslist is its a online classified website.
The reason this website is so great for real estate agents is because its free for you to use, and you can get several clients. Now I’m going to show you how to network and get new clients on here for free in part 2. The agent that I met in Tennessee is selling 5 houses extra a year just off marketing on craigslist.com. I can’t guarantee you those clients, but will I will guarantee is that if you DO NOT use the internet to market your business no matter the business. You WILL NOT be in business for the years to come.
