Hello this is Rich Win.  I wrote that blog title because I was reminded of a story I heard in Newport, Tn.  I was at ford dealership in Newport, Tn and I was talking to the sales manager.  He was telling me about a sale he recently helped a salesman close.

The salesman was having a challenge closing his sale, and the main area of concern was that the client wanted his old truck rack on the new truck.  So the manger come out and said “is this the only area of concern you have”?  The client said “well yes.” So the manager proceeded to say “Is their any other reason you wouldn’t be able to go ahead?” The client said “no”.  So the sales manager said “give me 6 hours.”

The manager and the salesman sawed the rack off the old truck and put it on the new truck.  The customer bought the new truck, and left happy.
